CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

CANCELLATIONS: All sales are final on promotional items (free, just pay shipping). Please note, we are unable to provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. 🙂

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer size or color exchanges on promotional items. If you have purchase any items which aren’t on special offer please email our support team and they will gladly offer an exchange.

CUSTOMS ISSUES: We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Heartelle is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.
